Todos tenemos favoritos en nuestro explorador, hasta hace poco yo los tenía todos en mi firefox, sin embargo cuando mudaba de PC tenia que hacer todo un recorrido mental para volver a los sitios que tenía como favoritos y volver a seleccionarlos. De otra forma, tendría que localizar el directorio oculto del firefox, copiar y pegarlo en la nueva PC. Una vez hice eso y ya me olvidé el procedimiento.
Otras veces por ejemplo, tenemos una web muy interesante y queremos compartirlo, el procedimiento normal consiste en copiar la URL y enviarlo por mail a nuestros amigos.
Con Diigo las cosas cambian, ya que funciona online, la idea es tener nuestros favoritos coleccionados en la web para que todo el mundo lo pueda ver y para que nosotros las podamos recuperar en cualquier PC conectada a Internet en el mundo.
Existen servicios muy similares a Diigo, yo utilizaba hasta hace unas semanas Mr. Wong, sin embargo con Diigo se tiene la ventaja de contar con una barra de herramientas que hace el trabajo más fácil.
